Admission Head

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admission Head to lead the admissions function for our K-12 schools across various regions of West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, implementing structured admission processes, managing regional admission teams, and developing strategic initiatives to strengthen enrollment growth.\nThe role demands strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the K-12 education sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and oversee the end-to-end admissions process across multiple school campuses including Residential setup\nDrive new student admissions through strategic planning and outreach initiatives\nDevelop and implement SOPs to streamline and standardize admission operations\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with parents, educational partners, and local communities\nConduct admission counselling and ensure effective parent engagement\nCollaborate with marketing teams for admission campaigns, branding, and promotional activities\nMonitor branch-wise admission targets and ensure achievement of enrollment goals\nTrain, mentor, and manage admission counsellors and regional teams\nAnalyze admission trends, market insights, and conversion data to improve performance\nRepresent the organization at educational events, seminars, and outreach programs\nEnsure smooth coordination between school management, operations, and admissions teams\nSetting up camps for enrolling students for Residential Campus / Hostel.\nRequired Skills & Competencies:\nStrong experience in K-12 school admissions and education management\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\nProven expertise in business development and admissions growth\nStrong leadership and people management abilities\nExperience in SOP development and process implementation\nAbility to manage multiple locations and extensive field operations\nStrategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities\nProficiency in MS Office and reporting systems\nRelevant work experience in managing Hostel Admissions\nStrong analytical skills with capabilities of assessing the market spends\nEligibility Criteria:\nBachelor’s Degree required\nMaster’s Degree / MBA preferred\nMinimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in admissions, education management, or business development\nPrior experience in managing admissions for K-12 schools across West Bengal will be preferred\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\nCandidate must be comfortable with extensive communication and field travel\nStrong understanding of regional education markets across West Bengal\nAbility to drive admissions through innovative and result-oriented strategies\nHighly organized, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
