Overview\n\nWe are looking for a high-impact Sales Director – India Region to lead and scale our overall India revenue target across Enterprise, Mid-Market (MM), and SMB segments. This role will own the regional revenue number and be responsible for driving new and existing business growth while leading a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs).\n\nThis is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment and brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and team leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Own and deliver the India region revenue target\n\n- Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy to drive pipeline and growth\n\n- Build and expand business opportunities through stakeholder mapping, proactive prospecting, qualification, and deal closure\n\n- Hire, coach, and manage AEs; guide KAMs and SDRs (dotted‑line)\n\n- Drive team performance, accountability, and skill development\n\n- Focus on new logo acquisition; support upsell and renewals\n\n- Maintain strong pipeline coverage and conversion rates\n\n- Ensure pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and activity tracking\n\n- Manage end‑to‑end deal cycles in a high‑velocity environment\n\n- Own forecasting accuracy and regional reporting\n\n- Engage senior stakeholders with a consultative sales approach\n\n- Deliver demos, presentations, and value‑based selling\n\n- Represent the company in industry events and client meetings\n\n- Ensure operational excellence (CRM, approvals, compliance)\n\n- Drive QoQ and YoY growth in revenue, pipeline, and market presence\n\nKey Requirements\n\n- 3–5 years of experience owning regional targets and managing high‑performing sales teams.\n\n- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets in India market.\n\n- Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and sales discipline.\n\n- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.\n\n- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success.\n\n- High ownership mindset with the ability to drive both strategy and execution.\n\nAt Wingify, we are committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
