Ensures accurate revenue recognition, efficient cash flow management, and system-driven process optimization using NetSuite and Salesforce.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Perform revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15\n• Manage the full revenue lifecycle: order validation, billing, invoicing, AR, and collections\n• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice tracking, aging analysis, and dispute resolution\n• Drive and monitor collections activities to improve cash flow and reduce DSO\n• Perform revenue and AR reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure accurate financial reporting\n• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities across revenue and AR\n• Utilize NetSuite for revenue accounting, AR management, reconciliations, and reporting\n• Leverage Salesforce for contract review, order management, and revenue data alignment\n• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to streamline revenue-to-cash processes\n• Improve processes, implement automation, and strengthen internal controls\n• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company policies\n• Provide insights through dashboards and analytics on revenue, AR aging, and collections performance\n\nQualifications:\n• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field\n• Strong experience in Revenue Accounting, Revenue Operations, AR, and Collections\n• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (mandatory) and Salesforce (mandatory)\n• Solid understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)\n• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills\n• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities\n\nThanks & Regards,\nVenkatesh
