Delivery & Practice Head IT Infra

Responsibilities:\n\n- GTM & Sales: Drive go-to-market initiatives, enable sales teams, and support business growth for IT Infrastructure services.\n- Hiring & Talent Development: Partner with ADH to hire TDMs, Solution Architects, and SMEs across accounts and build high-performance teams.\n- Managed Services Delivery: Lead delivery of IT Infrastructure managed services, ensuring SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and high client satisfaction.\n- Presales & Solutioning: Support presales activities, design solutions, and lead proposal/RFP responses in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.\n- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for client stakeholders, strengthening relationships and driving transformation roadmaps.\n\nKey Skills & Experience\n\n- Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services.\n- Job Stability: At least 3 years in the last organization and average 3+ years across past roles.\n- Background: Past experience as a Solution Architect in Infra & Cloud Services (mandatory).\n- Expertise: Strong knowledge in Managed Services, Cloud Migration, Data Center, Workplace, Security, and Service Management.\n- Client & Sales Focus: Proven record in client-facing roles, GTM support, presales, and solutioning.\n- Leadership: Experience in hiring, building, and managing technical & delivery teams (TDMs, Architects, SMEs).\n- Communication: Excellent executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
