This role blends people leadership, DevOps/SDLC governance, cross‑functional collaboration, and client‑facing communication. You will coordinate priorities across business units, keep delivery on track, standardise engineering practices, and produce clear architecture/infra/process diagrams that guide teams and inform executives and clients.\n\nWe are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with 8–12 years of experience to lead full‑stack development initiatives.

This role is ideal for technology leaders who have strong hands‑on expertise in modern architectures, cloud platforms, and AI‑based enterprise solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLeadership & Delivery Operations\n\n- Own day‑to‑day engineering operations: planning, sprint/release cadence, risk & dependency management, capacity, and transparent status.\n\n- Translate strategy into quarterly roadmaps with milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes; surface trade‑offs early with options.\n\n- Coach tech leads; partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, growth plans, and performance feedback.\n\nDevOps & SDLC Governance\n\n- Define and enforce SDLC standards (branching, PR/code review, DoR/DoD, test strategy, peer reviews).\n\n- Lead CI/CD and environments strategy; oversee release/change/incident/problem management (ITIL‑aligned).\n\n- Track quality gates (automated test coverage, escape rate, MTTR/MTBF, change failure rate) and drive continuous improvement.\n\n- Establish engineering best practices for full‑stack development, integration patterns, reliability, and scalability.\n\n- Design scalable enterprise solutions using cloud and microservices where appropriate.\n\n- Produce and maintain clear diagrams (Visio/Lucid/draw.io): reference architectures, integration maps, infra topologies, data flows, and process swimlanes.\n\n- Guide teams on API standards, observability, resilience, and cost/performance trade‑offs.\n\n- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance expectations (e.g., ISO 27001/SOC 2).\n\n- Provide architectural guidance and mentoring; review designs for cloud readiness (AWS/Azure/GCP), scalability, security, and availability.\n\nCross‑Functional Coordination & Process Automation\n\n- Align with Product, PMO, QA, Security, Data, and Finance on scope, sequence, and success criteria.\n\n- Facilitate decision forums; convert ambiguous requirements into executable plans with owners and dates.\n\n- Optimize resource planning and leverage automation to improve cost efficiency and throughput.\n\nClient‑Facing Communication & Executive Presence\n\n- Prepare and deliver client presentations, architecture reviews, and executive status readouts.\n\n- Create concise briefs, options analyses, and RACI for major initiatives.\n\nAI/Automation (Supportive, not primary)\n\n- Where relevant, help teams incorporate automation and AI to improve quality, speed, or cost—without making AI the job’s core.\n\nRequirements\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n\n- 7–12 years in software engineering/enterprise architecture or full‑stack development, with 3+ years leading teams or engineering operations.\n\n- Proven ownership of SDLC governance & DevOps (Git workflows, CI/CD, environments, release/change/incident management).\n\n- Strong cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and microservices/API fundamentals; comfortable reviewing and guiding code‑level decisions.\n\n- Excellent communication & presentation skills; credible with clients and executives.\n\n- Advanced diagramming skills (Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io) across app/infra/data/process views.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, sequence, and deliver across multiple teams; vendor management a plus.\n\n- Familiarity with security/compliance practices (e.g., ISO 27001/SOC 2) and cost governance.\n\n- Track record of problem solving, team leadership, and mentoring; drives continuous improvement.\n\n- Nice to have\n\n- Exposure to automation/AI/RAG patterns to support teams when appropriate.\n\n- Hands‑on experience with Java, Python, Node.js (or similar) for informed design/code reviews.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
