This role is for one of the Weekday's clients\n\nSalary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20-25 LPA)\n\nMin Experience: 5 years\n\nLocation: Hyderabad\n\nJobType: full-time\n\nThe CEO will lead the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the organization, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion within the rubber manufacturing industry.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Formulate and implement business strategies that align with the company’s objectives\n\n- Manage comprehensive operations including production, supply chain, and quality assurance\n\n- Lead initiatives to increase revenue and broaden market reach\n\n- Handle financial planning, budgeting processes, and cost efficiency effortsRecruit, develop, and guide high-performing teams and senior executives\n\n- Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental standards\n\n- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders\n\n- Analyze industry developments and pursue continuous improvement opportunities\n\nKey Skills\n\n- Exceptional leadership abilities and strategic mindset\n\n- Expertise in financial management and operational processes\n\n- Outstanding communication and decision-making capabilities\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with business insight\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\n- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management (MBA preferred)\n\n- Over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector\n\n- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position\n\nObjective:\n\nTo foster sustainable growth, achieve operational excellence, and create long-term value for the organization.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
