You are part of the Global Logistic & Trading Tech team.\n\nYou contribute defining and applying the Logistic & Trading Tech strategy primarily focused on our market in India. Not limited to the primary assignment, you support and deliver Tech projects in the region. You are an inspiring leader.\n\nABOUT YOU\n\nYou have good SAP SD & Logistics knowledge and you are able to understand the business rules and processes related to Trading, Logistic, Inventory and Warehouse Management.\n\nYou have a good project management (methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools) and communication skills.\n\nYou have a deep knowledge of SAP solution technology, especially SAP MM, SD and WM.\n\nYou are able to quickly learn & adopt the Bacardi specificity with regards to SAP deployment.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nWITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE\n\n- Execute and Support Current Tech strategy for Logistic & Trading Service.\n- Main focus to apply the tech strategy for Logistics and Trading in the Indian market\n- Plan, Build and Run your solution to meet the Tech strategy and business requirements\n- Drive clarity on priorities\n- Ensure project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs\n- Ensure accurate requirements gathering\n- Produce Business Requirement Documents and design functional specifications and/or configurations toolkits for solutions/applications (ERP services mainly) to support the business processes (implementation and/or change)\n- Work effectively and productively with technical and functional resources\n- Review technical specifications produced to meet your functional designs\n- Assist other teams in developing solutions/application architecture\n- Create and execute test plans to ensure that the functional and business requirements are met by the provided solution\n- Understand and apply the system development lifecycle\n- Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your projects\n- Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships\n- Understand key performance metrics for your area of interest - analyse data to discover opportunities for improvement\n- Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects/scope assigned\n- Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users\n\nBe an IT inspiring leader\n\n- Coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback and develop the Tech organization around you\n\nMeasures of Success\n\n- Activities/Projects assigned to you are successfully delivered (On Cost, and On Time, On Scope)\n- You demonstrate the capacity of creating the perfect link between Global Logistic & Trading Service and business\n- You are recognized by business as a valuable partner to deploy business requirements in the system for all Logistic & Trading topics\n\nSKILLS – THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY\n\n- Deep Business Knowledge -
