With an expanding project portfolio and a focus on engineering excellence, the organization is scaling its Material Handling Division to become a market leader in Coal Handling Plants (CHPs) and allied systems.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n- Lead and scale the Material Handling Division as a strategic business unit.\n- Drive business growth through order book expansion, client engagement, and partnerships.\n- Oversee end-to-end project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.\n- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards.\n- Provide technical leadership across civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering.\n- Drive value engineering, standardization, and adoption of digital tools and automation.\n- Own P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.\n- Strengthen procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract execution.\n- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.\n- Champion HSSE practices and ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms.\n- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and project teams.\n\nThe Successful Applicant\n\n- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.\n- Brings 18-25 years of experience in EPC, coal, mining, or bulk material handling sectors.\n- Strong expertise in CHP systems, SILO loading, conveyors, and bulk handling equipment.\n- Proven track record in P&L management, business development, and project execution.\n- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen, contract management, and negotiation skills.\n- Strategic leader with the ability to drive growth in a dynamic environment.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n- Leadership role with full P&L ownership of a high-growth business division.\n- Opportunity to build and scale a strategic vertical within a growing EPC organization.\n- High visibility role with direct interaction with senior leadership and key clients.\n- Platform to drive engineering excellence, operational performance, and market expansion.\n\nReference: Job ref JN-042026-7001757\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
