Business Processes Principal Consultant - SAP Oil&Gas Industry Architect

Job Title\n\nSAP Oil&Gas Industry Architect\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\n- Serve as a customer’s trusted advisor guiding them toward digital transformation and adoption of leading industry practices.\n\n- Build and maintain the Energy and Resources go-to-market community, including creating a knowledge network, facilitating peer collaboration with consultants worldwide, and working closely with the Solution Management of the Industry Business Units and related SAP entities.\n\nWhat you bring\n\n- 15 years of relevant SAP consulting experience in the Oil & Gas industry.\n\n- 6 or more full cycle SAP implementations, including 2 projects in the Oil & Gas Industry.\n\n- Strong knowledge of upstream or downstream O&G industry processes.\n\n- Experience leading a team and taking responsibility as a project leader.\n\n- Application‑specific solution consulting, covering business blueprint creation, implementation, test case design, key user training, go‑live support, and post‑go‑live support.\n\n- Support in escalated projects and performance of feasibility studies/solution reviews.\n\n- Support of pre‑sales activities.\n\n- Leadership in project team or solution architect roles and support for line manager(s) in people development tasks.\n\n- Detailed planning of process implementation and defining detailed blueprints for development requirements.\n\n- Industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non‑SAP).\n\n- Developing and assuring quality of process models, and demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools.\n\nQualifications\n\n- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management from a reputable institution with excellent academic records.\n\nLocation: Bangalore\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\n\nSAP is committed to the values of Equal Employment Opportunity and provides accessibility accommodations to applicants with physical and/or mental disabilities.
