Role Title: Project Manager – Dynamics 365 CRM\nExperience: 3–6 Years\nLocation: [In Office]\nDepartment: Microsoft Business Applications Practice\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a young and dynamic Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple Dynamics 365 CRM and non CRM portfolios, driving excellence in execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, strong delivery governance, and a proven ability to balance strategy with execution — having led implementations for at least 1 large enterprises or 3 mid-scale/startup organizations .\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery for multiple Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects across diverse geographies and industries.\nDrive project governance , ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with scope, quality, and compliance parameters.\nManage multi-project portfolios , balancing customer priorities, delivery milestones, and team bandwidth.\nProvide strategic direction to project managers, technical leads, and consultants — ensuring best practices and standardized frameworks are followed.\nServe as primary client interface , owning stakeholder communication, risk management, and escalation handling.\nPartner with presales and account management teams to support solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal reviews.\nDrive team capability building across Power Platform, Azure, and Dynamics ecosystem; foster cross-functional collaboration.\nLeverage experience from both enterprise-scale transformations and agile, fast-paced environments to shape adaptive delivery models.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs for delivery excellence , customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and profitability.\nChampion continuous improvement — retrospectives, automation, and reusable asset creation within the practice.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM / CE project management,\n\nProven experience leading multi-million dollar CRM programs in both consulting and in-house environments.\nGood understanding of Microsoft Business Applications stack — Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Field Service, and Azure integration.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams — developers, architects, QA, and support.\nExposure to both agile and waterfall project methodologies.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\nPMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.\nHands-on experience in project financials, forecasting, and resource planning.\nPreferred Background\nConsulting pedigree (from firms such as Microsoft, PwC, Infosys, TCS, or similar).\nExposure to startup or mid-scale environments , driving structure, process, and scalable delivery practices.\nExperience working with international clients in regions such as UK, EU, or APAC.\nWhy Join Us\nLead high-impact Dynamics transformation programs.\nWork in an environment that blends enterprise scale with startup agility.\nCollaborate with leadership teams to shape delivery strategy, practice maturity, and innovation roadmap.
