Job Description:

1. Service Management Delivery

• Take ownership of assigned ITSM improvement initiatives and drive them to completion

• Support the development and maintenance of the Service Catalogue and Business Services

• Coordinate and contribute to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development with the Service Desk

• Drive improvements in reporting, including:

• Identification and definition of missing business metrics and KPIs

• Enhancement of Service Desk reporting (content, structure, and quality)

• Support for reporting automation initiatives

• Maintain and update the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Plan

• Perform daily oversight and governance of:

• Incident Management tickets

• Service Request tickets

• Change Management activities
