Job Summary:
This role is for a functional architect specializing in Salesforce CPQ and Order Management. The position requires translating business needs into scalable application architectures for the quote-to-order lifecycle. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity, accuracy, and optimization of pricing and order processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end functional design for CPQ and Order Management processes.
Translate high-level designs into detailed functional specifications and architecture blueprints.
Define scalable product catalog structures, pricing models, and order lifecycle flows.
Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Teams to ensure accurate implementation and provide functional clarifications.
Act as the primary functional interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
Must-Have Skills:
6+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on CPQ and Order Management.
Proven experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, pricing strategies, and order lifecycle management.
