Key Responsibilities:
- Configure AI agents using Agent Studio for complex business scenarios.
- Develop and connect custom agent actions through Salesforce Flows and Apex.
- Architect multi-agent communication and cross-platform workflows.
- Craft and optimize scalable prompts for agent responses.
- Implement data grounding techniques to ensure AI accuracy.
- 4+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience, with 1+ year in AI CRM architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Apex.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and related strategies.
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically with AI-driven CRM architectures, is required.
