Assistant General Manager, Legal

Legal Strategy: Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3 legal professionals.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical, clinical trial, biologics, and data privacy laws.

Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Litigation Management: Oversee litigation matters, liaise with external counsel, and safeguard company interests.

Advisory Services: Provide legal advice on governance, risk management, and strategic decisions.

Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to support initiatives.

LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

12-18 years of legal experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.

Strong knowledge of Indian pharmaceutical regulations & clinical trial laws.

Proven experience in litigation management, legal advisory service and complex commercial contracts.

Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
