Back in August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad. Skuad's expertise helps businesses in over 160 countries navigate complex challenges such as international payroll, remote onboarding, and regulatory compliance. This acquisition reinforces Payoneer's mission and solidifies Skuad's role as a trusted partner for global workforce management (WFM).

This role will be part of our WFM business unit.

What you'll do -

Business Development and Relationship Building:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities, engage, and build relationships with potential customers within your target markets and ideal customer profiles
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with new customers and generate additional revenue by upselling and cross-selling
  • Engage with C-suite executives and other top-level directors to initiate and maintain meaningful relationships, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate our solutions to drive business growth

Solution Provision for Revenue Growth:

  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability

Sales Target Management:

  • Manage and deliver on sales targets through inbound channels and by executing outbound sales activities
  • Execute discovery calls, conduct product demos, and help customers through the sales process all the way to closure

Collaboration with Customer Success:

  • Tailor and send quotes and proposals for each prospect based on their specific needs
  • Work closely with the CEMs (customer experience managers) to ensure smooth client onboarding

Who you are -

  • 6-8 years of overall sales experience in EOR, recruitment/staffing or B2B SaaS industry of which a minimum of 3 years is in Outbound Sales
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to close deals
  • Self-starter with proven success in outbound lead generation in a competitive and results-driven environment
  • A customer-first attitude with an ability to build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients
  • Passionate about all aspects of lead generation including cold-calling and social selling
  • Relentless and creative approach to generating pipeline and revenue
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation including customer success, marketing, product, and engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and adapt to a changing environment
  • Experience selling into the Australia/NZ markets is advantageous
