Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Sourcing) to support our recruitment team in identifying, engaging, and coordinating top talent. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build talent pipelines, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Mapping

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple skill sets.

Perform resume screening and initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.

Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
Recruitment Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.

Manage candidate communications, including interview invitations, reminders, feedback, and follow-ups.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Recruitment Operations

Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
Required Skills

Experience in candidate sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination and sourcing.

Experience supporting IT, Engineering, or Corporate hiring.

Exposure to niche talent sourcing is preferred.
