As a Lead business analyst, you'll be involved on one project concerning OneBCM

you'll take part in:

  • Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business process or feature.
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, pricing and reporting.
  • Review existing processes and develop strategies to enhance and transform to improve efficiency.
  • Define and execute maximum scope coverage to automate functional, performance and regression tests.
  • Focus on innovative opportunities to improve value chains and processes.
  • Contribute to maintain the applications: analyze production issues, document solution, support Product Owners
  • Work closely with product owner during the decision-making process and should act as a proxy product owner for the team.
  • Identify, analyze and translate the needs of users for IT solution as a user story from Scrum Methodology.
  • Define the possible solutions, assess the impacts and choose the most appropriate solution.
  • Validate and then ensure the validation of the functional documents by users and those involved in the project.
  • Identify, write and validate the cases of the functional tests from the functional specifications.
  • Coordination with all project team members
  • Support change team for homologation and change phases
  • Take complete ownership on quality of the tool by end-to-end testing.
  • Automation testing
  • Should be able to write SQL queries
  • Demonstrated advance level of functional and domain expertise with complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in building and executing detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and testing of an end-to-end project
  • Have hands on minimum >=8 yrs. of experience as Lead-BA and proficient skill in Manual & automation testing.
  • Must have an experience working in agile environment.
  • Ability to create process models and use case diagrams required as per the job role.
  • Ability to understand ASIS process and advise various improvement strategies to make application more scalable.
  • Should be proficient in documenting the requirements and creating traceability matrix.
  • Well equipped with best BA practices across IT Industry.
  • Should be well versed with testing methodologies i.e. Unit, Integration, Regression and end-to-end of functional and non-functional testing.
  • Great written and Oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Logical and efficient
  • High self-motivated and directed
  • Knowledge on Power BI application
  • Good to have skill in MySQL or similar
  • Keen attention to detail
