We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in B2C sales, team management, operational excellence, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving branch-level business targets, leading large sales teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. This position demands a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with execution while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Management
- Drive branch revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to maximize results.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives within the assigned market.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team comprising Assistant Managers, Managers, Team Leaders, and other sales professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure alignment with branch goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Branch Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, process adherence, and operational excellence.
- Monitor branch productivity and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Performance Management
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams and individuals.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop training and coaching initiatives to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive employee engagement and motivation through effective leadership practices.
Customer Relationship Management & Market Expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand business presence in existing and new markets.
- Address customer concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting & Business Analysis
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and branch operations.
- Analyze business metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Preferred Background
- Proven experience in Degree Sales, Higher Education Sales, or K-12 B2C Sales environments.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Experience managing large sales teams (50+ team members).
- Ability to handle both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in B2C sales, with significant experience in team and branch management.
- Prior experience in the EdTech, Education, Degree Programs, or K-12 sales sector is highly preferred.
