Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven DevOps Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and containerization. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to continuously improve deployment processes, infrastructure reliability, and system performance alongside development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities using IaC tools
Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and production environments
Work closely with developers to support application releases and troubleshooting
Handle Linux server administration and performance tuning
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices
Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation
Follow and contribute to team runbooks, SOPs, and internal documentation
Raise flags proactively on infrastructure risks, capacity concerns, or recurring issues


Required Skills
Strong experience in Linux administration
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
Understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting concepts
Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Good to Have:
Experience working in product-based companies
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with secret management tools like HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager
Basic understanding of application security practices (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning)
Experience with GitOps workflows or tools like ArgoCD or Flux
