Payroll -Fast Formulas Experience in implementation & maintenance of at least 2 of the following Oracle modules Functional HCM support - Payroll, Benefits, Compensation ust have skills: Strong process knowledge in any or all the modules listed above .
Should be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement Strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs Client Requirement Strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops, Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End Testing.
Strong communication skills plus coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors to test the integrations.
Good to have skills: Exposure of driving various workshops related to requirements analysis and design. Expose of coordinating with Third Party Vendors to test the integrations. Support Pre-sales/sales functions by helping in responding to RFPs/RFIs Conduct client demo on Oracle module
