• LabVIEW Development: Edit and enhance existing LabVIEW programs and block diagrams based on real-time testing results.
• Sensor Integration: Work with sensor spec sheets to calibrate MFCs, PVs, H sensors, SVs, and lab gas flow systems.
• PID Tuning: Expertly tune and correct PID loops to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshooting: Collaborate with sensor vendors and use technical data to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Reporting: Document all work performed and write a comprehensive technical report at the end of the contract.
