Engineering Operations Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Program Manager to drive execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across global engineering teams. This role will partner closely with Engineering leadership and distributed teams across India, SIngapore, Manila, and the United States to establish scalable processes, improve program execution, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, drives accountability, and can influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple engineering programs and strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Data, Product, and external vendor teams to drive successful project execution.
• Create, implement, and optimize operational processes, governance frameworks, and program management standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and proactively drive resolution.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Establish program metrics, reporting mechanisms, and executive dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure accountability across teams.
• Coordinate planning, prioritization, resource management, and delivery tracking.
• Influence stakeholders and leadership to make informed decisions and achieve business objectives.
• Improve team effectiveness through operational excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Program Management, Engineering Operations, or Technical Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering operations.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs in global organizations.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to create and scale processes, governance models, and operational frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
