Job Description:
1. Must be able to work autonomously in an energetic and fast-paced environment including working directly with individuals to develop and implement vulnerability remediation plans.
2. Apply security updates and patches using Tanium, Microsoft Intune and scripting to Windows/Linux Servers, Windows and MAC workstations and network devices.
3. Deploy patches and troubleshoot issues with patch deployment and client installations.
4. Manage deployment of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis according to Information Security policies.
5. Create and maintain Patch Documentation and Operations Standards / Procedures/Frameworks/Policies.
6. Perform in-depth analysis on systems to ensure assets are compliant with VNB Information Security policies.
7. Maintain Patch Packaging Standards and System patching compliance across the Valley environment.
8. Regular maintenance of LAN infrastructure, overseeing enhancements and upgrades to server and bank applications
9. Working knowledge of Tanium and Microsoft patch distribution technology with the ability to administer updates upon release.
10. Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
11. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
12. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
