Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows file and folder permissions, including NTFS and Share permissions.
- Utilize permissioning tools such as ICACLS, SETACL, and similar utilities for auditing and modifying security configurations.
- Work closely with Security and Infrastructure teams to manage Active Directory Security Groups, user entitlements, and permission models.
- Perform NAS NTFS file share analysis, including data scoping, scanning, and permission audits.
- Develop and automate file and folder scanning processes using PowerShell scripting.
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automations, reporting, and bulk permission changes.
- Use Robocopy for data migrations, sync operations, and backup workflows; document use cases and best practices.

(Preferred) Support ONEAD operations—basic understanding is beneficial but not mandatory.
Generate detailed reports on permission structures, access issues, and remediation activities.
Strong working knowledge of:
- Windows File System permissions (NTFS & Share permissions)
- Common permissioning tools (ICACLS, SETACL, etc.)
Active Directory, especially Security Group structures and user account management - Hands-on experience with:NAS NTFS File Share environments,File share scanning, scoping, and access assessment
- Proficiency in:PowerShell scripting (must-have),Automating permission audits and file system operations,Robocopy commands and real-world use cases
- Ability to analyze complex permission models and propose remediation solutions.
