Key Responsibilities

• Connect and engage with international clients through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct professional discovery calls and virtual meetings with potential clients.
• Understand client objectives and present customized solutions and opportunities.
• Build strong long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and decision-makers.
• Handle high-value sales conversations and confidently close deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong confidence, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Professional personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or high-ticket closing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in the US shift.
