Job Description – SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant (SLT Integration Specialist)\nExperience Required: 4–7 Years\nLocation: Bengaluru/Mumbai Hybrid 10 days office\nEmployment Type: Contract 2 hire\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) , real-time replication, and Central Finance integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting end-to-end CFIN projects, including SLT configuration, replication monitoring, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and performance optimization across ECC and S/4HANA source systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions, including end-to-end integration between source ECC/S/4HANA systems and CFIN.\nConfigure and manage SAP SLT replication , including initial load, real-time replication, monitoring, and validation of Finance data.\nDesign and maintain source-to-target mappings, replication models, transformation rules, and filters.\nConfigure and optimize SLT settings such as logging tables, read modules, load balancing, and trigger management.\nWork extensively on Expert Functions , Advanced Settings, Transformation Rules, Filters, and Logging Tables.\nSet up and support both real-time and batch replication for FI/CO objects across multiple source systems.\nCollaborate with Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) teams to ensure replication data aligns with Central Finance business requirements.\nDevelop and support SLT transformations using ABAP-based and rule-based mapping techniques .\nMonitor, analyze, and resolve replication issues, reconciliation mismatches, and data inconsistencies.\nTroubleshoot and resolve CFIN integration issues, including:\nMissing Internal Orders (IOs)\nDuplicate document entries\nReplication failures\nMapping gaps\nData inconsistencies\nAIF and SLT log errors\nPerform monthly maintenance activities, staging table cleanup, and support migration/system upgrade activities.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring integration issues.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n4–7 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP SLT .\nHands-on experience in at least one end-to-end CFIN implementation project .\nDeep understanding of:\nSAP SLT Architecture\nReplication Configuration\nSource-to-Target Mapping\nError Handling & Monitoring\nPerformance Optimization\nCFIN Integration Framework\nStrong expertise in:\nSLT Configuration & Administration\nExpert Functions\nLogging Tables\nTransformation Rules\nFilters & Advanced Settings\nInitial Load & Real-Time Replication\nExperience with AIF (Application Interface Framework) and SLT monitoring tools.\nStrong troubleshooting skills for replication and reconciliation issues.\nGood understanding of SAP FI/CO processes , master data, financial document flow, and Central Finance architecture.\nExperience working with multi-source system landscapes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGood to Have\nKnowledge of SAP HANA and ECC source systems.\nSAP Certifications in:\nSAP SLT\nSAP S/4HANA Finance\nSAP Central Finance (CFIN)\nExperience with large-scale migrations, system upgrades, and complex multi-system landscapes.\nExposure to S/4HANA transformation programs and Central Finance adoption initiatives.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently in a support and implementation environment.\nExperience interacting directly with Finance business users and leadership teams.\nCapable of handling production support, enhancements, and project implementation activities.\nExperience: 4–7 Years\nPrimary Skills: SAP Central Finance (CFIN), SAP SLT, FI/CO, AIF, ABAP Transformations, Replication Monitoring, S/4HANA, ECC.
