Bag Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to conceptualize and design product accessories , primarily focusing on bags, pouches, and packaging concepts . The role requires translating brand aesthetics into functional, visually appealing, and market-ready product designs that align with the company’s premium hospitality and retail standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nConceptualize and design bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for various product lines.\nDevelop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience.\nCreate design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for product accessories and packaging materials.\nWork closely with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.\nResearch market trends, materials, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas into product development.\nCoordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility.\nEnsure all designs meet quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines .\nSupport the team with design documentation, technical specifications, and product development timelines .\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or a related field .\n2–5 years of experience in product design, packaging design, or accessory design.\nExperience designing bags, pouches, or packaging structures will be preferred.\nProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software .\nStrong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories.\nExcellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills .\nAbility to translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs .\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working with hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, or personal care brands .\nKnowledge of sustainable packaging and materials .\nAbility to create prototype samples and design presentations .
