The role requires a blend of functional testing leadership, automation strategy, and governance , with deep exposure to banking channels, H2H and API banking environments .\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end test management across complex banking programs\nDrive test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale engagements\nManage automation initiatives with clear focus on ROI and optimization\nEnsure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management\nCollaborate with business, technology, and external teams to ensure quality delivery\nOversee defect management and test lifecycle using JIRA\nDrive adoption of best practices in Agile testing environments\nManage and mentor testing teams ensuring delivery excellence\n\nMandatory Requirements (Must Have)\n12+ years of experience in QA / Testing (Functional + Automation)\n10+ years in Banking Domain\nRecent 4+ years in Corporate Internet Banking\nHands-on experience in:\nCorporate Payments / Channels\nH2H (Host-to-Host) integration\nAPI Banking\nAutomation leadership experience (last 4+ years) with demonstrated ROI\nStrong experience in test management, reporting, and governance\nProficiency in JIRA (Defect & Test Management – 2+ years)\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nPreferred / Good to Have\nExperience in Trade Finance systems\nExposure to Agile methodologies (3–4 years)\n\nLocation & Other Details\nLocation: MBP, Navi Mumbai\nTravel: Open to travel internationally (as required)\nEmployment Type: Long-term engagement\n\nKevin Rodricks (+91 9833926287) - If your CV is spot on, WhatsApp me a copy
