Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in the Pune Division. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed design documentation across various project stages. Daily responsibilities include assisting with site measurements, creating and updating CAD and 3D models, coordinating basic drawings with consultants, and supporting the preparation of presentations and client materials. The role will also involve participating in design discussions, maintaining project documentation, and helping ensure that design intent, functionality, and budget requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into functional plans and drawings.
  • Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows is an advantage.
  • Basic Project Management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination with internal team members and external partners.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
  • Strong visual communication, drafting, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, receive and incorporate feedback, and meet project deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic building codes, construction practices, and materials; prior internship or studio experience in architecture or interiors is preferred.
