The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\n- Organize and lead projects related to new premises, factory buildings, rehabilitation, new equipment, lay‑out, renovations and optimization.\n- Manage capital investments.\n- Oversee Advanced Manufacturing Engineers and New Product Introduction (NPI) and NPI Manufacturing Engineers.\n- Direct people management including staffing and performance development.\n- Use in‑depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.\n- Apply best practices and coordinate integration with other areas; stay aware of competition and differentiators.\n- Exercise judgment to propose alternative solutions for complex manufacturing processes.\n- Use multiple internal and selected external sources to arrive at decisions.\n- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.\n- Lead small projects with low risks and limited resources.\n- Explain information and facilitate consensus building.\n- Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.\n- Apply lean knowledge to identify and eliminate wastes.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n- Advanced experience in Manufacturing & Industrial Project management.\n- Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nRelocation assistance Provided: Yes.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
