About the Role

Support faculty in delivering transdisciplinary education, conduct workshops on critical thinking and writing, mentor students and guide immersive learning experiences, and contribute to research and curriculum innovation.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Excellence: Assist faculty in designing and delivering transdisciplinary teaching materials; lead student mentoring and project guidance sessions.
• Research & Scholarship: Engage in research aligned with WPU Goa's mission while receiving professional development support.
• Thinking & Building: Conduct workshops on critical thinking, writing, and building; provide sustained student mentoring.
• Curriculum Innovation: Contribute to the ongoing development of research-led, student-centric curriculum guided by 'Goa as a living lab'.
• Student Immersion: Guide students through local, regional, and international immersion experiences; support mindfulness and holistic development.

Qualifications

• Education: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MTech/MS) with at least 55% marks; NET qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: 0–3 years in academic or professional settings; experience assisting faculty or mentoring students is strongly desirable.
• Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills; ability to multitask; proficiency in student mentoring and engagement.
