Role Overview

BLive is looking for a CRM Manager to own and optimize the CRM ecosystem. The role will focus on managing CRM, improving lead-to-conversion efficiency, building automated customer journeys, and ensuring seamless communication across all customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, process-oriented, and have strong experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities


CRM & Lead Management

  • Manage the CRM platform end-to-end
  • Set up and track lead pipelines across Riders, Franchise, and Enterprise businesses
  • Manage lead allocation, scoring, tagging, and funnel tracking
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene


Marketing Automation

  • Build automated customer journeys, drip campaigns, and follow-up workflows
  • Segment databases for targeted communication
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and improve conversion rates


Campaign Management

  • Execute Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns
  • Manage webinar communication and follow-ups
  • Align CRM campaigns with marketing initiatives


Reporting & Analytics

  • Track lead, funnel, and campaign performance
  • Build dashboards and share actionable insights with leadership
  • Monitor SLA adherence and reduce lead leakage


Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Growth Marketing
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with CRM
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and sales funnels
  • Experience in workflow automation, campaign execution, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
