About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Company Secretary to oversee corporate governance, statutory compliance, and secretarial functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong coordination with the Board of Directors and regulatory authorities.


Key Responsibilities


• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance under applicable corporate laws and regulations.

• Manage all corporate secretarial functions of the organization.

• Coordinate effectively between the Board of Directors, management, and regulatory authorities.

• Organize and manage board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings including preparation of agendas, minutes, and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and internal policies.

• Maintain statutory registers, filings, and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.

• Provide guidance to management on legal and compliance matters related to corporate governance.

• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the company remains compliant with all legal requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) – Mandatory.

• LLB degree preferred.

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a medium or large organization.

• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, compliance, and governance frameworks.

• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work closely with senior management and board members.
