CNN-News18 is looking for a dynamic VOD Producer to join our Digital Video team in Noida .\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProduce high-quality VOD (Video on Demand) content covering global, national, and trending topics.\nCreate compelling explainers that simplify complex geopolitical, economic, and cultural issues.\nResearch, script, and optimize video content for digital audiences.\nDrive audience growth through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.\nManage video publishing, optimization, and live-stream operations across YouTube, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.\nDevelop and execute content strategies for flagship and primetime news shows.\nMonitor news trends and identify opportunities for engaging video storytelling.\nProduce short-form news content and digital-first video formats.\nCoordinate with editorial, graphics, and production teams to deliver high-impact visual stories.\nWrite broadcast scripts, create links, and support bulletin production when required.\n\nRequirements\n2–5 years of experience in digital video production, news content creation, or VOD production.\nStrong understanding of global news, current affairs, and digital media trends.\nProven experience in scripting, video optimization, and audience engagement strategies.\nHands-on experience with YouTube SEO, analytics, and social media publishing.\nExcellent storytelling, research, and editorial skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nDisclaimer: Please note Network18 and related group companies do not use the services of vendors or agents for recruitment.
