Eligibility Criteria: As per guidelines of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE):

• Ph.D. in Physics from a recognized university.
• Strong academic record with consistent performance throughout academic career.
• Relevant teaching and research experience depending on the position applied for.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals (SCI/Scopus indexed preferred).
• Experience in funded research projects, patents, or consultancy is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Physics and related interdisciplinary subjects.
• Prepare lecture materials, assignments, and evaluation methods.
• Employ modern teaching methodologies including digital learning tools.

Research & Publications

• Conduct innovative research in Physics and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
• Apply for external research funding and collaborative projects.
• Guide student research projects and supervise postgraduate and doctoral students.

Student Mentorship

• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
• Support students in research, competitions, internships, and career planning.

Laboratory & Infrastructure Development

• Develop and maintain Physics laboratories and research facilities.
• Introduce new experiments aligned with emerging technologies.

Curriculum Development

• Participate in curriculum design and revision as per AICTE and university guidelines.
• Integrate interdisciplinary and industry-relevant topics.

Academic Administration

• Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
• Contribute to accreditation and quality initiatives such as NAAC/NBA processes.

Collaboration & Outreach

• Build collaborations with research institutes, universities, and industry partners.
• Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and guest lectures.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong subject knowledge in Physics.
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven research capability and publication record.
• Ability to mentor students and guide research projects.
• Experience with modern laboratory equipment and simulation tools.

Compensation:

Salary as per AICTE Pay Scales / higher scales can be considered for the right candidate
