This is not just a technical delivery role; it is a leadership-track position designed for a visionary professional who can bridge the gap between complex logistics technology and business transformation.\nAs a Subject Matter Expert with over a decade of experience, you will lead end-to-end OTM implementations, manage high-performing technical teams, and serve as the primary strategic advisor for our global clients.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nStrategic Leadership: Transition into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the OTM practice and aligning technical delivery with long-term business goals.\nClient Advisory: Act as the face of the organization for tier-one clients, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable OTM solutions.\nSolution Architecture: Lead the design and configuration of OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Financials, and GTM (Global Trade Management) integration.\nTeam Management: Mentor and lead a team of consultants and developers, ensuring excellence in delivery and fostering professional growth within the recruitment and technical pods.\nBusiness Transformation: Drive \"impactful\" change by identifying process improvements in freight settlement, carrier management, and multi-modal routing for global supply chains.\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership to define roadmap strategies and contribute to employer branding efforts by showcasing our technical prowess.\n\nOn your first day, we’ll expect you to have:\n\nExperience: 10+ years of deep functional and technical experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.\nSME Status: Proven track record of at least 3-4 full-cycle OTM implementations at a global scale.\nConsulting Prowess: Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and lead high-pressure workshops.\nTechnical Depth: Proficiency in OTM integration (XML, XSLT, SOA), Automation Agents, Screen Sets, and SQL/PL-SQL.\nLeadership: Demonstrated experience managing a team or leading a workstream in a complex environment.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to move beyond routine consulting.
