Solutions Delivery Analyst\n\nKey Expectations\nExecute ongoing operations tasks with high ownership and accountability.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure accurate and timely resolution of participant and plan administration issues.\nDeliver work in line with client SLAs and quality standards.\nActively collaborate with Cross functional and cross shore teams to meet client requirements.\nContribute effectively to daily huddles, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions.\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of client plan provisions, processing guidelines, and SLA metrics.\nAbility to perform complex benefit processes and calculations requiring analysis and interpretation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for researching and resolving complex benefits issues.\nProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nGood written and verbal communication skills are important.\nAbility to document workflows and processes clearly and concisely.\nRole Description\nThe Solutions Delivery Analyst is responsible for executing ongoing operational tasks while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize processes. The role involves performing manual and complex benefit administration activities that require strong plan knowledge, analysis, and interpretation, with a constant focus on improving efficiency and quality.\n\nThe incumbent works closely with the Benefits Operations Manager and client teams to identify process gaps, delays, and quality issues, and to recommend effective solutions. The role includes resolving participant and plan administration issues, managing workflows, handling complex ongoing tasks, and supporting multiple clients as required.\nThe Solutions Delivery Analyst is also responsible for creating and maintaining robust documentation and SOPs, supporting transitions between Operations and Shared Services, and delivering client specific operational training.

Proactive coaching, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across shores are critical to ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to SOPs.\n\nEducation & Experience Education:\nGraduate (excluding BE / BTech / MCA / regular MBA)\n\nExperience:\nUS Benefits domain and Benefits Administration\nPrior experience with Alight / Aon / Wipro is an added advantage\nHealth or Retirement Domain experience preferred\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of client plan provisions, processing guidelines, quality thresholds, and SLA metrics.\nAbility to perform complex benefit calculations, manual processes, and interpret plan rules accurately.\nStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills for resolving technical and participant issues.\nProficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.\nAbility to document processes clearly and concisely, ensuring standardization and audit readiness\n\nThis work requires 5 days work from Office\n\nOur story\nAt Alight, we believe a company’s success starts with its people.
