Location: Noida – 132\nWork Model: Hybrid\nMonday to Thursday – Work from Office\nFriday – Work from Home\nWork Timings\nShift: EST Hours\nTiming: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST\n\nWe are looking for a Process Excellence Leader to drive operational efficiency and transformation within our US IT Staffing business .\nThis role will act as a key bridge across Finance, Operations, MIS, and Sales , enabling alignment across demand planning, submissions, closures, and revenue through structured processes and data-driven insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC or equivalent)\nConduct value stream mapping to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions\nAnalyze financial & operational data to drive actionable insights and revenue alignment\nStandardize metrics and reporting across Sales, Operations, and FP&A\nCollaborate cross-functionally to optimize throughput and delivery performance\nDrive automation initiatives to improve recruiter productivity and reduce manual effort\nMonitor key funnel metrics (submissions, turnaround time, closures) and highlight risks with solutions\nLead transformation projects focused on efficiency, turnaround time, and output optimization\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSix Sigma Black Belt / equivalent (PMP is a plus)\nStrong experience in process excellence, automation, and cost optimization\nHigh level of financial acumen and analytical capability\nExperience in US IT staffing / BPO / managed services environment\nFamiliarity with VMS, MSP, ATS platforms preferred\nIdeal Candidate Background\nProfessionals currently working in US IT Staffing or BPO firms with exposure to process excellence and operational transformation
