Job Description
Monitoring of budgeted cost & time of the project\n\n4. Monitoring the quality of the project through periodical site visits & audits\n\n5. Handing over of the project to client with all required documentation\n\n6.
Ensuring seamless experience to client and customer during the life cycle of project\n\n7. Taking possession of a new project site with all required information for starting of design & drawings\n\n8. Finalization of different consultants & starting of design drawings co ordination\n\n9.
Follow up for the commencement of work on site\n\n10. Construction of sample flat & sales office on site as per requirements\n\n11. Finalization of GFC drawings to start execution on site\n\n12.
Finalization of budget & completion schedule of the project\n\n13. Finalization of different contractors as per the stages of execution on site\n\n14. To control the overrun of cost & time of the project with respect to the approved budget & completion schedule\n\n15.
Conducting review meetings with contractors & consultants\n\n16. Providing the solutions to hurdles which are not in control of PM time to time\n\n17. Ensuring timely bill certification & payments to contractors\n\n18.
Co ordination with legal team, contractors & architect to keep all legal compliance up to date from start to end of the project\n\n19. Successful handing over of the project to customers/End users\n\n20. Monthly Value of work done\n\n21.
