Relationship Manager-Large Corporate-Sales-Mumbai-Lower Parel-JM *ASM-SM*
Relationship Manager, will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients to drive sustainable revenue and portfolio growth in Loan book comprising of Corporate Loan, Promoter financing, structured financing, acquisition financing etc. The role emphasizes new-to-bank (NTB) acquisition, cross-selling (such as Insurance, Wealth). Ensure portfolio quality, compliance with credit risk policies, and deliver exceptional client experience through collaboration with internal teams.
Business Development:
Acquire and onboard new clients
Achieve targets for loan book growth
Cross-sell products such as wealth, insurance
Revenue Generation:
Meet income targets from interest and fee
Increase wallet share by offering tailored solutions
Credit Appraisal
Prepare and submit draft credit proposals in conformity with Credit Policy guidelines and requirements and to maintain a high standard of credit analysis.
Collect and analyze vital data on clients i.e. annual reports, management accounts, interim reports, industry reports and all press cuttings e.t.c to acquire in-depth knowledge which will facilitate comprehensive review of assigned accounts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and timely issue resolution
Risk Management:
Monitor client creditworthiness and ensure compliance with risk policies
Minimize NPAs by maintaining a healthy portfolio
Prepare CAM for NTB and ETB renewals; monitor covenants for existing contracts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product, credit, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
