Domain Leadership & Technical Excellence\n\tAct as the domain expert for assigned discipline.\n\tDefine and benchmark best\-in\-class quality standards.\n\tChallenge teams to raise technical depth and accuracy.\n\tReview complex designs, calculations, and deliverables.\n\tEnsure zero technical compromise in customer submissions.\n________________________________________\n2. Coaching & Capability Building\n\tMentor and coach engineers to elevate technical capability.\n\tDevelop structured learning paths for different experience levels.\n\tCreate training modules, SOPs, and technical videos.\n\tConduct internal knowledge\-sharing sessions and workshops.\n\tBuild second\-line technical strength within the team.\n________________________________________\n3. Process Improvement & Efficiency\n\tIdentify bottlenecks impacting productivity and quality.\n\tLead continuous improvement initiatives.\n\tStandardize best practices and templates.\n\tDrive automation and smarter workflows where applicable.\n\tImprove turnaround time without compromising quality.\n________________________________________\n4. Customer Engagement & Discovery\n\tParticipate in discovery meetings with customers.\n\tProvide technical insights during pre\-sales and proposal stages.\n\tSupport technical proposal preparation and validation.\n\tTranslate customer requirements into clear execution strategies.\n\tEnsure commitments made to customers are realistic and achievable.\n________________________________________\n5. Ownership & Accountability\n\tTake ownership of:\no\tTrial Period (TP) success.\no\tZero loss of customers due to skill gaps.\no\tNo TP losses due to weak technical positioning.\n\tEnsure delivery commitments are met in terms of:\no\tQuality\no\tTimeline\no\tTechnical integrity\n\tProactively flag risks and implement corrective actions.\n________________________________________\n6.
