  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews; ensure timely feedback and candidate closure
  • Drive offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, and prejoining engagement
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and policies
  • Meet defined TAT, quality, and hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong exposure to lateral hiring (IT/NonIT depending on role)
  • Handson experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
  • Strong organizational and followup skills
