The Office Admin & Accounts Executive will manage office administration, financial records, vendor coordination, procurement support, documentation, and general operational support for the research laboratory.
Responsibilities:
The Office Admin & Accounts Executive will manage office administration, financial records, vendor coordination, procurement support, documentation, and general operational support for the research laboratory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and front-office coordination.
- Maintain accounting records, invoices, bills, receipts, reimbursements, and expense files.
- Support purchase orders, vendor follow-up, quotations, and payment tracking.
- Assist with HR coordination, attendance, staff records, and recruitment support.
- Maintain administrative files, agreements, certificates, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, visitor management, and communication with external stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic administrative and financial reports for management.
Requirements:
- Any degree with administrative or accounts experience.
- B.Com, BBA, MBA, or related qualification preferred.
Required Skills:
- Accounting and bookkeeping basics.
- MS Office and documentation.
