Lead Data Scientist

Languages - Python (Pandas/Numpy Libraries), PySpark, SQL, Data Analysis,
Data science skills (EDA, Feature Engineering, Machine Learning -algorithms, performance metrics, Model monitoring)

Soft Skills - Stakeholder management skills, ability to present findings, Root Cause Analysis, communicate model outcomes clearly, Banking Domain Exp., Agile Framework
Good to have - Exposure to risk/fraud models in banking, Data Scientist / Machine Leaning Certification

Role and Responsibilities -

1. Data Scientist with hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Python, Pyspark, SQL, EDA Feature engineering to develop analytical models within wholesale banking.
2. Experience with end to end model development lifecycle and problem-solving mindset
3. Ability to understand and clearly communicate model outputs to both technical and business audiences.

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
