Cognizant has a need for a Program Manager Lead.

Evangelize IT PMO industry best practices
Determine and define program/project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a comprehensive program schedule and work plan
Provide program/project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire program/project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
Successfully lead assignments to completion
Communicate to IT Leadership, Portfolio Leaders / POC's and key team members involved
Provide project managers with feedback, motivation
Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
