Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Customize and configure out-of-the-box features such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer elements.
Develop Service Catalog items, Portals, and Widgets using Service Portal.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Web Services.
Conduct unit testing and support UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architectural discussions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and security standards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders
