Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Handling IT recruitment for various Domains such as banking finance, insurance and IT.
Understanding various requirements, job specifications for respective job Openings.
Searching profiles and screening the resumes through Job portals
Sending Mass mail and Job posting the right candidate
Identifying Professionals in the market through references.
Screening the database as per the job specifications, interviewing candidates and assessing them with respect to their personality, communication, potential, attitude & job skills.
