Engagement Manager or Senior Consultant
As a consulting leader, be the trusted advisor within the client organisation and grow their footprint by identifying opportunities to scale existing projects, develop new solutions for the client.
Drive client-specific business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and measurements / Engage with clients to identify opportunities to institutionalize analytics across client organizations
Leads by example in analytics delivery and guides the team in data synthesis, culling out actionable insights, implications, and recommendations to address client's business issues and /or identify opportunities in conjunction with delivery team.
Work effectively with peer groups in sales & marketing, capability teams and enabling functions to drive higher value to add to clients. Participate in the sales process to scope client needs and consult the client to frame up solution and delivery approach.
Key Competencies:
BE/ B.Tech (any discipline) or MS in Statistics/Economics or MBA in a quantitative discipline is required

- Strong experience in GA360

Key Competencies:
- Analyze and understand digital assets, including web pages, mobile pages and digital campaigns of customers.
- Build a reporting solution to help customers gauge campaign performances across owned, earned and paid media, including Social Media.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and increase channel effectiveness by understanding attribution modeling, performing A/B testing or doing Competitive Intelligence.
- Understand Attribution Modeling and what helps in Conversions
- Ability to understand the Campaign Analytics process in Digital and conversant with campaigns and measure their performance effectiveness
- Tag management – Testing whether tags are present in websites and adding codes
- Social Media Marketing – Getting data from social media tools and analyzing them
- Working with Ad Agency tools like Sizmek, Adwords
- Competitive Intelligence tools like SEMRush or Conscore
- Analyzing traffic and leads from Mobile devices
- Modeling techniques using SAS or R
- Customer segmentation and targeting using advanced analytics techniques
- 8 to 13 years of experience in Google Analytics
- Strong experience in GA360
- Google tag manager, Google analytics, Google Optimize, data studio
- Team handling, Project management , Stake holder management, client engagement
- Good thought leadership & ability to structure & solve business problems, innovating, where required
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills (Oral and written) with the ability to inspire others to make informed decisions.
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent track record of engaging at C-suite level and excellent at stakeholder management and is able to drive groups, including senior level groups, to conclusions
- Knowledge of database and data warehouse/data lake – Oracle, SQL Server, IBM DB2
- Knowledge on tools - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Oracle DB, Tableau, Qlikview, Radian 6, SEMRush,Sizmek, Adwords, Eloqua, R, SAS, SPSS
