Job Description:
- Having 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR, Payroll, Compensation modules – Implementation tasks, support projects and Development projects.
- Involved in Oracle HCM Cloud – Complete Structure of Payroll, created elements and payment methods testing.
- Having good understanding in managing Oracle Cloud HCM - Enterprise Configuration and workforce structures.
- Good Leadership Quality, Effective in Communication and Time management.
