Job Title: Junior Bench Sales Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:

Bench Management:
Identify and maintain a database of bench IT consultants.
Regularly communicate with consultants to understand their skills, availability, and career goals.
Update consultant profiles and availability in the company's database.

Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their IT staffing needs.
Proactively market bench consultants to clients by matching their skills and experience with open positions.
Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients.

Consultant Placement:
Match bench consultants with suitable job openings.
Coordinate interviews and technical evaluations between clients and candidates, managing the placement process from start to finish.
Assist in the onboarding process for consultants placed on client projects.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
Use market insights to develop strategies for consultant placement.

Compliance:
Ensure all placements comply with legal and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and consultant interactions.
Provide regular status updates to management regarding bench activity and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools.
Knowledge of immigration laws and work authorization processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
