Job Title: Junior Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bench Management:

    • Identify and maintain a database of bench IT consultants.

    • Regularly communicate with consultants to understand their skills, availability, and career goals.

    • Update consultant profiles and availability in the company's database.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their IT staffing needs.

    • Proactively market bench consultants to clients by matching their skills and experience with open positions.

    • Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients.

  • Consultant Placement:

    • Match bench consultants with suitable job openings.

    • Coordinate interviews and technical evaluations between clients and candidates, managing the placement process from start to finish.

    • Assist in the onboarding process for consultants placed on client projects.

  • Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.

    • Use market insights to develop strategies for consultant placement.

  • Compliance:

    • Ensure all placements comply with legal and contractual obligations.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and consultant interactions.

    • Provide regular status updates to management regarding bench activity and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry

  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools.

  • Knowledge of immigration laws and work authorization processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
